Even though you are training in a group, the classes are setup to challenge individuals physically and technically at your own level.


  • Total body workout using all muscles of the body
  • High aerobic workout
  • Improves cardio vascular system
  • 1 hour of moderate training can burn up to 500 calories
  • Improved reflexes, improving your reaction times in daily activities such as driving
  • Improved focus and concentration
  • Training can reduce fat and increase muscle mass. This increases metabolic rate which burns more calories daily which assists weight loss.
  • Taekwon-Do exercise promotes endorphins that are released into the body which helps with stress relief and improves happiness.
  • Helps to develop gross motor skills, which improves coordination
  • Strong emphasis on stretching which is very therapeutic for your health and well being. Stretching lengthens muscles, reduces the risk of injury, increases speed and blood flow, aids recovery after injury and can assist with alleviating body pain by increasing range of movement.

  • 1 student fortnightly fee $70
  • Family discount 2: students fortnightly fee $105
  • Family discount 3: students fortnightly fee $140

  • Tuesday: 5:30PM - 6:30PM
  • Thursday: 6:30PM - 7:30PM
  • Sunday: 9:00AM - 10:30AM
